We typically reach out 1-2 days prior to your party date for an anticipated window of time for delivery. In some cases we will deliver the day before if it is okay with the client at no extra charge. Deliveries made on the actual party date are delivered and setup before your party start time. An Adult must be present with a valid form of ID for acceptance of the rental equipment and to also sign the rental agreement contract. If full payment was not placed online, the remaining balance is also due at delivery. Regardless of the rental times on the contract, the client is responsible for all rental equipment while in his/her possession.
All orders require a minimum of $25 (or more depending on the order size) Credit Card Retainer. Retainers are non refundable. Reservations are not secured unless a retainer payment has been placed.
We accept cash or card payments only. Corporate accounts may pay with a check. If paying with cash, please be sure to have the exact change. Delivery drivers do not carry change.
If you need to cancel the order; your Retainer will be held on file as a raincheck for 1 year as long as the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours(+) prior to your scheduled delivery. If the reservation is cancelled under 48 hours before your scheduled delivery; your retainer is forfeited and no raincheck will be issued. Bad weather is an exception. We will honor rainchecks for cancellations due to bad weather.
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids) asphalt and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50' - 100' of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
Most local Parks provide power as long as you are renting their Pavilion. First come first serve Pavilions (free) typically do not provide electricity. Check with your local Park of choice to inquire about their electricity requirements. We do offer Generator rentals on our 'Add On' page for the parks who do not offer electricity.
Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
Yes. However, the water MUST be ran through a water treatment system (Softner, RO Systems) or City Water for the duration of the rental. If you do not have any water treatment systems, we may refuse setup. Untreated direct well water can result in staining to the inflatable and a $100.00 cleaning fee will be incurred. If this happens PLEASE DO NOT try to fix the problem yourself. Some cleaning products such as bleach can damage the vinyl permanently. We have products at our shop to safely remove stains without further damaging the vinyl. Although some vinyl's such as white can permanently be stained. ABC's reserves the right to not provide service to you if we feel that your water may result in damages.
